Data we may process
- name, email address, telephone number and postal address supplied by you;
- the content of enquiries and correspondence;
- information needed for a fair meeting, client presentation, reservation, sale, delivery, collection or invoice;
- payment and accounting information relating to a transaction;
- limited technical and security data such as IP address, device/browser information, timestamps, server logs and security events.
Purposes and legal bases
- answering enquiries and arranging a fair meeting or client presentation: legitimate interests and steps requested before a contract;
- managing a reservation, sale, delivery or after-sales communication: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps;
- invoicing, accounting and tax duties: legal obligation;
- website security and abuse prevention: legitimate interests in operating a secure service.
Recipients and transfers
Data is shared only where necessary with ANPLO representatives, hosting, email, IT and security providers, professional advisers, transport or payment providers, and public authorities where legally required. ANPLO BV does not sell personal data. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard is used as required.
Retention
Ordinary enquiries are normally retained for no longer than two years after the last meaningful contact. Transaction, accounting and invoice data is retained for the legally required period. Security logs are kept for a limited period unless an incident requires longer retention.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Requests can be sent to horemans@anplo.eu. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
Security and changes
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect data. No internet system is completely secure. This statement may be updated when processing practices or legal obligations change.
Enquiry register and Formspree
When you submit the enquiry form, the information you enter is processed by Formspree, Inc. on ANPLO BV’s behalf and forwarded to horemans@anplo.eu. ANPLO uses it only to answer your enquiry and for necessary follow-up.
ANPLO also keeps a structured copy in its secured Sites enquiry register, including your submitted details, the object or page concerned, language, privacy-notice version and timestamps. Ordinary enquiry records are automatically scheduled for deletion two years after the last meaningful contact.
A legal hold or conversion to a transaction stops automatic deletion of that enquiry record because a separately justified retention period may apply. Transaction and accounting information is kept separately. The deletion audit records aggregate counts and dates only, never contact details or messages.
Formspree’s free plan retains submission history for 30 days. Formshield spam filtering also processes submission data to detect abuse. Do not include sensitive or unnecessary personal information.
The required fields are needed to identify and answer your enquiry; without them the form cannot be sent. No solely automated decision-making or profiling is used. Formspree processes data in the United States and states that it relies on standard contractual clauses for European transfers; you may request information about the applicable safeguards from ANPLO.
